Otto and his wife Agnes moved to Moses Lake, with kids in tow, and big ambitions, setting up their first home in the back of their shop. Over time, as the town grew with the Columbia Basin irrigation project and Larson Air Force Base, so did the business.

“We’ve literally grown with the community,” Skaug said. That growth led to expansions beyond flooring, including commercial and auto glass services, ensuring customers had access to top-tier home solutions from a family-run business that understands local needs.
